OSHA COMPLIANCE
GUARANTEE PROGRAM

We provide a comprehensive program to bring each of our clients into 100% compliance with OSHA regulations. SCE has a 373-point checklist that addresses just this — each of our consultants inspects your office against each of the 373 points. At the end of the walkthrough, a detailed report is written for your office’s Safety Coordinator and provided to you for future reference. The same checklist is done once a year by SCE staff to ensure your office stays in full compliance with OSHA standards.

We provide OSHA required posters and update them annually. All of our OSHA Manuals are updated annually. In addition, your staff will receive an annual update on the new regulations as well as a review of the existing regulations which acts as a refresher course. It also provides any of your newer staff to receive training on OSHA and how your office complies.

MANUALS

Create and provide all required OSHA Manuals Customized for the facility including:

• Chemical Hazard Communication Standard

• Workplace Violence
• Fire Prevention Plan & Fire Safety Standard

TRAINING

Provide an annual comprehensive training and certificate to all employees in the above program. Licensed employees and doctors receive 1-4 hours Continuing Education Units. SCE performs in-house seminars at your office, which will be performed at the time of the follow-up inspection.

INSPECTION

Perform a detailed inspection of the facility and provide the facility with a full report of corrections and recommendations of what needs to be completed to achieve physical compliance with OSHA standards. SCE does NOT perform these physical corrections and recommendations.

POSTERS

Supply the facility with a complete set of OSHA required employee posters.

REVIEW

Review existing documents and help the office put together the initial required documents and records, in compliance with OSHA specifications.

PROVISION

SCE will provide all the signs and labeling as required on step 3 above. SCE will provide the facility with all biohazard and chemical labels. Also, the facility will be furnished with all the signs required by your facility.

EXCLUSIONS: Electrical, Plumbing and Physical Work.

* SCE COMPLIANCE GUARANTEE PROGRAM guarantees the facility against any OSHA fines and all warranties shall commence not until after the first inspection and will continue as long as the client stays on SCE support program. In addition, the client must complete the implementation of all items appearing on the recommendation list provided by SCE personnel. All of our compliance programs are 36 months subscription.

Create and provide all required HIPAA Manuals Customized for your facility. SCE will provide your facility with 2 manuals, HIPAA Policies, and Regulation Manual and HIPAA Records Manual.

SCE will create customized required HIPAA Policies for your facility and update them annually.

DOCUMENTATION

SCE provides all HIPAA Compliance forms and documentations for your facility.

SCE will review existing HIPAA Policies annually and update them in accordance with HIPAA requirements and updates.

EDUCATION

Fully train a HIPAA Officer for your facility as required by law.

EXCLUSIONS: SCE does not perform IT Work.
